Job Description
The Sales Associate is responsible for studying the market and selling Rentokil Boecker® services and products by actively searching for potential clients, building strong relationships, and presenting competitive proposals.
The role includes preparing commercial offers, pricing proposals, and negotiating contracts using effective marketing tools and strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Associate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Implement the sales strategy set by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales targets and contract renewals.
Identify potential customers and business opportunities through market exploration.
Deliver professional sales presentations to potential clients and explain the benefits of the company’s environmental and health solutions.
Conduct site inspections when required to assess technical requirements and pricing.
Develop ideas and prepare proposals for targeted clients using various marketing tools.
Present new products and services to existing clients and strengthen relationships through scheduled visits and calls.
Respond to customer needs and follow up on requests with all concerned departments.
Educate clients about operational processes to maximize the benefits of company services.
Prepare detailed proposals and follow up until they are converted into signed contracts while managing after-sales services.
Follow up on contract renewals when necessary.
Coordinate with the operations department regarding new sales and contract renewals.
Accurately enter client data into the company systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Participate in events and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or corporate sales.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong reporting and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
