About the Insurance Authority
The Insurance Authority is the official regulatory body responsible for organizing and supervising the insurance sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was established by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (85) dated 28/01/1445 AH, corresponding to 17/08/2023 AD.
The Authority aims to develop the insurance sector, enhance transparency, protect beneficiaries’ rights, and strengthen financial stability in the market, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
