Responsible for overseeing anti-fraud policies and procedures within the insurance sector. Analyze and investigate fraud reports in coordination with relevant authorities. Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to enhance compliance and minimize risks.2- Senior Specialist of Consumer Experience
Develop and improve the experience of beneficiaries using insurance services. Analyze feedback and propose service improvement initiatives. Monitor performance indicators related to customer satisfaction.3- Specialist of Market Conduct Supervision
Monitor compliance of insurance companies with market conduct standards. Conduct inspections, regulatory oversight, and analyze violations. Prepare regulatory reports and contribute to developing governance frameworks.Required Specializations
