The National Housing Company (NHC) has announced the availability of 6 job opportunities for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree or higher, open to both men and women. The positions are spread across administrative, engineering, financial, and legal fields, with work locations in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Madinah.

Available Positions

1- Senior Legal Specialist

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Legal Systems; Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities: Draft contracts and agreements, provide legal consultations, and ensure compliance with regulations.

2- Partnership Delivery Manager – Jeddah

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture; PMP certification preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years in project or partnership management within real estate development.
Responsibilities: Supervise project execution with real estate developers and ensure performance targets are achieved.

3- Partnership Delivery Manager – Madinah

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in project management or real estate developer relations.
Responsibilities: Oversee housing projects in Madinah region.

4- Enterprise Risk & Business Continuity Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Risk Management, or Insurance. Professional certifications (e.g., CRM) are an advantage.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement risk management strategies and ensure business continuity under various conditions.

5- Senior Financial Specialist

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience: At least 4 years in budgeting and cost analysis.
Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations and utilize ERP systems for accounting processes.

6- Senior Cost Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering. Professional certifications (MRICS, PMP) preferred.
Experience: Strong background in cost management for large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities: Monitor project costs and ensure financial efficiency.
