Available Positions
1. Monitoring and Inspection Specialist:
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Public Health, or an equivalent field.
Preferred Certification:
A professional certificate in insurance or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years.
Skills & Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of health monitoring systems and technologies.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in technical programs related to monitoring operations.
Job Objective:
To execute monitoring activities under direct supervision, receive reports, and contribute to the performance evaluation of stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Senior Healthcare Management Specialist:
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine (or equivalent).
Preferred Qualification:
Master's degree in Health Informatics or Health Insurance.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong analytical expertise in healthcare systems.
Comprehensive understanding of healthcare policies and systems.
Ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
Advanced consultation and communication skills.
Capability to conduct training workshops and improve data quality.
Job Objective:
To support the medical management team, analyze medical justifications, enhance data quality, and deliver training programs.
