Available Positions
1- Senior Graphic Designer Expert
Bachelor’s in Strategic Communication, Visual Design, Public Policy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Minimum 6 years of experience in executive communication and presentation design.
Experience preparing board-level reports and strategic presentations.
Prior experience supporting senior executives is preferred.
2- Data Management Expert
Bachelor’s in Data Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, including supervisory experience.
3- Senior Specialist of Models & AI
Bachelor’s in Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and analytics.
Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, TensorFlow.
Knowledge of AI governance and model risk management.
4- Expert of Insight Generation & Decision Support
Bachelor’s in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or Business Analytics.
Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics and business intelligence.
Preferably skilled in SQL, Python, and R.
5- Senior Expert of Data Engineering & Storage
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
At least 6 years of experience in data engineering and infrastructure.
Skilled in Apache Airflow, Talend, Hadoop.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.
6- Senior Expert of Data Quality & Monitoring
Bachelor’s in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
At least 6 years of experience in data quality management or metadata management.
Familiarity with data monitoring tools and cloud data lakes.
7- Senior Expert of Models & AI
Minimum 6 years of experience in analytics and modeling.
Skilled in Python, R, SAS, TensorFlow.
Knowledge of AI governance and ethics.
8- Tamheer Internship Opportunity
Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
GPA of at least 3.75 out of 5.
Must meet Tamheer Program requirements (unemployed for the past 12 months and not previously enrolled).
Strong English proficiency.
Preferred: familiarity with recruitment and talent acquisition.
