About Jarir Bookstore
Jarir Marketing Company, widely known as Jarir Bookstore, was founded in Riyadh in 1974 as a small bookstore. Over the years, it expanded rapidly and opened its second branch in the 1980s, eventually establishing a nationwide presence across Saudi Arabia.
In 2002, Jarir became a public joint-stock company, and its shares have been listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) since 2003.
The company operates in both retail and wholesale markets, offering books, electronics, office supplies, educational tools, computers, and more, serving customers across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
